My mission is to make beautiful and unique items, using the best materials available. This shop is not about quantity it's about making something of quality to the best of my ability. I believe in good customer service and hope when you receive your purchases you are going to be delighted! Please view the customer feedback section, to see the comments from many happy customers.

All items are made in a pet and smoke free environment.

PAYMENT

Payment is via Paypal. You can also pay by credit card at the Paypal site without an account. If you would prefer to use bank transfer, please contact me before your purchase.

DISPATCH

All purchases are dispatched within three working days of purchase.

For items over £40 and custom orders, the default shipping is a 'signed for at delivery' service that offers tracking and insurance. If you are happy with any risk associated with standard airmail and UK first class mail and would prefer the reduced shipping option, please contact me before any purchase.

International packages(below the value of £40) are sent via airmail small packets. Small flat items by airmail letter. Packages over £40 are sent via 'signed for' service.There is a small addition to shipping charges for World Zone 3.

SHIPPING UPGRADES

All items can be sent international shipping via Airsure or UK - Next day delivery. If you require this upgrade please contact me, I'll reserve your item and add additional shipping costs to the listing, so you can purchase both in one transaction.

REFUNDS

Please study the photographs closely as the majority of items are one-of-a-kind, so I don't often make alterations after purchase. If you would like changes or a different size, please contact me for a custom order before purchase. Also if you would like more photos in order to purchase, do let me know.

I am unable to be held responsible for items lost in transit except in exceptional circumstances. However, having said that, I have only had two lost packages out of over five hundred, so I feel the risks are small. However, if you are in any doubt the 'signed for' service offers the reassurance of secure delivery.

Every effort is made to package your purchase to avoid damage in transit, if this should happen, I would require photographic evidence of the damage in order to negotiate a happy resolution.

RING SIZES

If you like a ring and it's not your size, in most cases a custom ring can be made to your size. Please check your size before purchase to avoid disappointment.

GIFT PACKAGING

If you are selecting the item as a gift, you can contact me with the recipients details and I will package and send the item according to your exact specifications.

SPECIAL BESPOKE ORDERS

This means you can commission an item in your chosen colors and style for a truly personal item. Matching items can also be made.

For smaller items no payment in advance is necessary. For orders over $100, 50% of payment is required up front and the final payment only when you are pleased with the resulting item. I particularly love to make special items which have a design input from the customer.
